Contract for services supply and provision

Supply/performance of water supply and waste water services to the customers is performed only based on the contract conclude by them with Compania Apa Brasov S.A.

 
The requested documents to contract the water supply and waste water services are:

• for natural persons
  1. Application for supply service
  2. Notification for contract termination - contract taking over
  3. Statement of owner/lodger for 2-3 apartments building
  4. Written agreement for delegation of the lodgers/owners representative for buildings with more then 3 apartments
• for Associations of Owners:

• for trade companies (economic agents):
  1. Application for services supply contract for trade companies (economic agents)

The documentation for the water and waste water services contract with Compania Apa Brasov S.A. should be submitted to Costumer Relation Service at the Company Headquarters located on 3 Crisana Str., work programme:

Documents necessary for trade companies (economic agents) for emptying services to be perform upon request: 

• Application including the code of wastes according to Decision 856/16.08.2002 and Ordinance 2/05.01.2004 (with subsequently alteration and completions);
• Certificate of Registration to the Trade Register with Unique Code of Registration (CUI).

The service for water meter metrological checking is carried out by request and based on a contract for services provision concluded with Compania Apa Brasov S.A.
